How do I find an item or service on OpenMarket?
Open Search, enter keywords, and narrow results by country, category or available listing filters. Open a listing to review its description, price, location and seller contact options.
How do I buy something listed on OpenMarket?
Open the listing, review its details, and contact the seller using the available contact or messaging option. Confirm the item's condition, price, payment method and delivery or pickup arrangements directly with the seller before agreeing to buy.
How can I contact a seller?
Open the listing and use the contact or message options shown there. You may need to sign in to send a message. Keep communication about the listing clear and verify important details before making arrangements.
Does OpenMarket process payments or arrange delivery?
OpenMarket helps people discover listings and connect with each other. Confirm payment, pickup or delivery arrangements directly with the other party. Do not assume a payment, escrow or shipping service is provided unless OpenMarket explicitly identifies it in the transaction flow.
How can I buy or sell safely?
Review the listing, ask questions, and inspect an item in person when practical. Meet in a safe public place and use a payment method you understand. Never share passwords or verification codes, and be cautious of pressure, unusual payment requests or offers that seem too good to be true.
Selling and managing listings
How do I sell on OpenMarket?
Sign in, choose Create Listing, select a category and country, add an accurate title and description, provide the price and location, and upload clear photos. Submit the listing and check your dashboard for its status.
Why is my new listing not visible yet?
A submitted listing may be awaiting review before it becomes visible. Check its status in your dashboard and make sure it follows the Terms of Service.
How do I save a listing or find my listings?
Sign in and use the save control on a listing to add it to favorites. Open your dashboard to view and manage your listings and saved favorites.
